Italian White Garlic is an annual bulb, replanted each season. Plant in autumn and harvest in summer. White cloves, good market type. Stronger flavour than most other garlic making it perfect for cooking. A mix of bulb sizes between 40mm to 70mm in size approx., roots are attached and garlic is minimally cleaned. This is organically grown garlic and can be used for eating or planting.
