Chinese Kale, commonly referred to as Chinese broccoli or gai lan, has large, glossy, crisp leaves and a thick stalk. Both the leaves and stalk are completely edible, along with small yellow flowers that are sometimes attached, but the stalks will take longer to cook than the leaves. Grown All Year Round.
