An old heirloom tomato that produces plenty of large, pear/sack-shaped, red, slightly ribbed on the shoulder's tomatoes. Meaty and firm flesh, small, sometimes empty seed cavities, ideal for drying or stuffing. Ideal for sauces, coulis, and for drying. Rich and bold flavors with good sweetness. Very productive, vigorous, and strong with good disease resistance. Indeterminant.
